Booking and Scheduling

Appointments

  • All services require advance booking
  • Appointments are confirmed upon availability
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • 24-hour notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations

Access Requirements

  • Client must provide access to property at scheduled time
  • Responsible adult (18+ years) must be present during service
  • Clear access to treatment areas must be provided
  • Pets must be secured or removed from treatment areas

Pricing and Payment

Service Pricing

  • Prices are quoted based on property assessment
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found
  • Additional services requested on-site will incur extra charges
  • All prices include GST where applicable

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Card (where available)
  • Outstanding balances incur late fees after 30 days
  • Collections costs may be charged for overdue accounts

Service Guarantee and Limitations

Cleaning Services Guarantee

  • We guarantee customer satisfaction with our cleaning services
  • Callbacks within 48 hours for cleaning concerns at no charge
  • Some stains may be permanent and cannot be guaranteed for removal
  • Pre-existing damage will not be repaired through cleaning

Pest Control Guarantee

  • Warranty periods vary by service type and pest species
  • Callbacks provided within warranty period at no additional cost
  • Guarantee void if client does not follow recommended preparation
  • Weather conditions may affect treatment effectiveness

Limitations

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear
  • Client must report issues within 48 hours of service completion
  • Guarantee does not cover damage caused by pets, children, or negligence
  • Some results may vary based on environmental factors

Client Responsibilities

Preparation Requirements

  • Remove or secure valuable and fragile items
  • Vacuum carpets before steam cleaning (if requested)
  • Clear access paths to all treatment areas
  • Follow all pre-service preparation instructions provided

Safety and Cooperation

  • Disclose all known hazards or special conditions
  • Follow all post-treatment instructions and timing
  • Keep children and pets away from treated areas as directed
  • Report any allergies or sensitivities before service

Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

  • We carry public liability insurance for accidental damage
  • Liability limited to direct costs of repair or replacement
  • Maximum liability per incident limited to service cost
  • Not responsible for consequential or indirect damages

Client Property

  • Client responsible for securing valuable items
  • We are not liable for theft or loss of personal property
  • Pre-existing damage should be disclosed before service
  • Client assumes risk for items not properly secured

Health and Safety

  • Material Safety Data Sheets available upon request
  • Client must disclose allergies and sensitivities
  • Follow all post-treatment ventilation requirements

Re-entry Times

  • Cleaning: Immediate re-entry unless otherwise specified
  • Pest Control: Follow specific re-entry times provided
  • Keep pets and children away until surfaces are dry
  • Open windows for ventilation as recommended

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations may incur service fee
  • Weather-related cancellations rescheduled at no charge
  • Emergency cancellations considered case-by-case

Refund Policy

  • Refunds considered for unsatisfactory service

  • Refunds at management discretion after investigation

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Client information kept confidential and secure
  • Property access details protected and not shared
  • Service records maintained for warranty purposes
  • Marketing communications require opt-in consent

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes addressed through direct communication first
  • Written complaints investigated within 5 business days
  • Mediation available for unresolved issues
  • Victorian consumer law applies to all services

Modifications and Updates

  • Terms may be updated periodically
  • Changes posted with updated effective date
  • Continued service use constitutes acceptance
